Mirror Lake "Expenditure Review Committee" (ERC)

The Mirror Lake "Expenditure Review Committee" (ERC) was formed by two concerned resident/owners, B.J. Green and Rainer Noess, late in January 2007. Currently, its primary purpose is the review of the 2007 budget with special focus on the insurance related expenditure and its impact on our community. ERC's goal is to achieve a roll back of our “Association Fee”, if the budgeted insurance increase does not materialize as previously estimated and projected. This committee and its objectives have been sanctioned by the Mirror Lake Board of Directors.
