Mirror Lake News and the community is greatly benefiting from the efforts of Kimberly Light, our Property Manager, to foster openness and transparency in conducting the business of the Mirror Lake Condominium Association. We believe that this attitude will help us improve the timeliness and clarity of the information posted for your benefit.


Some of these efforts may take time to be properly implemented. A new and fully inclusive “Monthly Financial Report” is currently under development. This report promises to make it easier for laypersons to understand the financial picture and also correlate the actual expenses to a more refined budget.
