"The proposals we have gathered is not the final word. Sadly the actions taken in Tallahassee expire in a few months. It would be a cruel irony indeed to reduce the monthly fees, only to raise them again in a few months.

We will wait until that expiration date has passed and seen the effects before making any decisions about fee changes.
